Our 45-minute Signature Trybe Rides are rhythm-based rides where every movement is synced to the beat of the music for an immersive, high-energy experience. You’ll ride and inncorperate hand weights to tone the upper body, all set to motivating playlists that make the class fly by.
Trybe Train is a high-energy 50 minutes strength workout that blends athletic movement, cardio bursts, and intentional strength training. Designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence, every class is coach-led, dynamic, and accessible for all fitness levels.
Our weekly schedule is released every Saturday at 12 PM for the following week, with Priority Booking members enjoying early access each Thursday at 12 PM. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we do not allow late entry, and we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid late-cancel or no-show fees.
